Apple only just released the brand new revolutionary iPad tablet-style computer and this outstanding piece of equipment has the portability of the remarkable iPhone and has the feel of a fully functioning desk top or laptop computer. The iPod was released on October 23 2001 and in its various formats has sold over 220,000,000.

One of the major reasons that the company decicded to tackle the market is they felt that the equipment available was pretty bad. Steve Jobs then got his team on a newer design that people would actually be proud to have and get out of their pockets.
