Samsung N110 12PBK 10 Inch Black Notebook

It has met my needs in addition to expectations pertaining to such a lightweight notebook computer. I have seen many who provide below average testimonials to netbook computers determined by their lack of an optical drive, tiny keyboards/track pads, or even their inadequate overall performance with 3D gaming. To these individuals I say – do some research and also recognize what you will be buying before buying it. It’s a netbook folks, not a 15″ laptop which was magically shrunk to suit inside a 10″ covering. Similar to everything in life, some things needed to be sacrificed so as to obtain such a smaller laptop computer. Processing power as well as also|along with] track pad/keyboard size needed to be decreased to be able to fit everything into such a modest package and acquire expanded battery run periods.

I use the netbook computer to give PowerPoint presentations. Though the quality of the notebook display is 1024 x 600, the quality is a lot better on external monitors and projectors. So far I was able to use the maximum quality capabilities of the actual projectors I have used. The presentations are just as sharp and clear using this netbook as when using high-powered expensive laptop computers. With the long battery life, I don’t bother using a power cord and looking for the right adapter for the type of power plug the country uses. I can give PowerPoint presentations for 8 hours without connecting my notebbok to external power.

The N110 has handled everything I’ve thrown at it, but I am not throwing heavy duty computionational tasks like simulations, video decoding or graphic intensive games, nor do I ever expect to on this machine. I am currently running it with the standard 1 gb memory, and although I ordered a memory upgrade at the actual same time as the actual N110, I haven’t seen a need for the extra memory, yet. On the actual negative side, if you’re planning on using this machine often outdoors in bright light, you will most likely end up being unsatisfied with this machine. Otherwise, I do believe laptop magazine got it correct: this is a near perfect netbook.
