Emergency Services personnel receive extensive training in their respective academy. In the initial phase of training, the subject matter is mainly academic. Law enforcement personnel, for one, cover topics such as state law, drug recognition, hazardous materials recognition, and more through hours of classroom instruction. The remainder of the training cycle is hands-on training. In a portion of the hands-on training, computers play a major role.

What should I look for when buying a used notebook (laptop)?
I'm looking to buy a used laptop for my niece. I'm sue she will basically use it for web browsing and perhaps download or upload a few programs.
Not sure of what pitfalls to avoid or what questions to ask the seller.

The printer manufacturing market appears to be a booming one. Manufacturers are little doubt eyeing enlargement and coming back up with newer products to capture the burgeoning market. The manufacturers are inquisitive about the color -printer sector for purely reasons of expansion. There is stiff competition between the manufacturers as all are concentrating to keep the prices low to capture the market. It must be said here that whereas in the monochrome department Hewlett-Packard co. are the market leaders, the reigning company in the color section still remains undecided.

Moleskine notebooks have a reputation. A big one. And although they aren’t cheap notebooks (not really that expensive either) they are extremely appealing and popular.
