5 Ways to Save Ink on a Daily Basis

1. Ecofont

This year, a Dutch company developed Ecofont, which is designed to save printer ink and toner. It looks like typical Arial font, but it has tiny holes in it which can reduce you ink and toner usage by 20%. The font looks a little strange (kind of grayish) on the screen, but with a small enough size it looks just fine. It’s perfect for printing in-house home or office documents.

Get a Computer Flat Screen You Will Not Regret It

Be Picky About Computer Keyboards

If there’s anything I’ve got learned in the past 10 years of being an editor that’s using my pc all day, it is that it’s smart and right to be absolutely picky when it comes to selecting pc keyboards. If this looks like an insignificant alternative to you, then it’s clear that you just, in contrast to me, do not spend the majority of your days typing on a computer.

Inkjet vs Laser Printer

In the early days there was an enormous difference between an inkjet printer and its laser version however with time the difference has narrowed down to purpose where it is sometimes tough to differentiate between the two. Most people continue to use the Inkjet printers, as they are more cost-effective and nearly all of them are colour capable. The standard of the inkjet printers has improved over time and currently there is not an enormous distinction in printing quality with the Laser printers. It’s for this reason that small or home business can use an inkjet printer without having to fret about documents looking unclear or trying cheap.

What's a Pen Drive?

A Pen Drive may be a removable storage device that plugs into a computer’s USB port. Little enough to hold on a key ring, Pen Drives are great for transferring photos, music, documents and any other knowledge from one pc to another. Different manufacturers over the years have named their Pen Drives with several totally different names inflicting constant confusion.
As a results of this the Pen Drive will conjointly be referred to as Pocket Drive, Thumb Drive, Jump Drive, USB Flash Drive, USB Flash Memory Drive, USB Key Drive, USB Memory Key and USB Memory Stick among several others!
